Key Responsibilities

SEO & Content Marketing

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

• Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO elements

• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console

• Create SEO-friendly content and blog posts

• Build quality backlinks and manage off-page SEO activities

Social Media Marketing

• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

• Create engaging content calendars and post schedules

• Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness

• Monitor social media metrics and engagement rates

• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social platforms

• Collaborate with design team for creating visual content

Digital Campaign Management

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI

• Manage advertising budgets and bid strategies

• A/B test ad creatives and landing pages

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Prepare monthly digital marketing reports

• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights

• Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing

• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)

• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation

• Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager

• Understanding of HTML basics and WordPress

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Technical Skills

• Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Moz)

• Knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)

• Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact)

• Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications

• Experience with e-commerce platforms

• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)

• Understanding of influencer marketing

• Basic video editing skills
