Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sales and Marketing Executive with a strong focus on Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through innovative digital marketing strategies and managing overall marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, digital marketing skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, lead generation, and digital channels.

• Create compelling marketing presentations and pitch decks using PowerPoint.

• Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports using Excel and other MS Office tools.

• Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms.

• Assist in content creation including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.

• Support SEO/SEM strategies and PPC campaigns.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare sales proposals and presentations for potential clients.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in sales and digital marketing.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong presentation skills and visual storytelling through PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and basic HTML is a plus.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

• Experience in customer relationship management.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.

• Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

• Basic graphic design skills are a bonus.

• Experience in operations and management.
