Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals and maximize ROI.

2. Analyze campaign data and key metrics (eg, CTR, CPA, ROAS) to identify trends and optimize performance.

3. Plan, launch and optimize digital campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, paid search, social, display, affiliate marketing.

4. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion rates.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign objectives.

6. Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.

7. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
