Responsibilities:
· Creating, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram).
· Analyzing campaign effectiveness and adjusting advertising strategies to improve performance.
· Researching competitors and staying up to date with trends in the social media advertising landscape.
· Preparing campaign performance reports and recommending actionable improvements.
· Collaborating with graphic designers and creative teams to develop effective ad creatives.
· Testing new ad formats, placements, and Meta advertising tools to maximize reach and ROI.
· Conducting audience and interest-based targeting analysis, and recommending optimization strategies.
· Coordinating cross-functional team efforts to achieve campaign goals efficiently.
· Communicating with clients to understand their marketing objectives and align campaign strategy accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills Required
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram); experience in real estate is a plus.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team collaboration.
· Demonstrated experience in team leadership and working across departments to meet campaign goals.
· A creative thinker with an analytical mindset, capable of developing strategic and innovative ad solutions.
