Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

As our first marketing hire, you will get hands-on experience with all aspects of marketing—from

content creation and social media to campaigns and basic brand development. This is a unique

opportunity for someone who wants to learn by doing and grow with the company.


Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with our goals.

● Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

● Create content (posts, captions, newsletters) that communicates our brand and value.

● Coordinate basic marketing materials (presentations, brochures, etc.).

● Conduct market and competitor research.

● Track performance metrics and assist in reporting.

● Collaborate with the team to support client and product communications.

What We’re Looking For:

● A recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in marketing or

communications.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Comfortable using social media and digital tools.

● Creative mindset and willingness to take initiative.

● Eager to learn and grow in a startup-like environment.

● Basic design skills (Canva, etc.) are a bonus.
