Birbal Marketing is looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist / PPC Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon and more. This role requires strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI goals are met.
Continuously optimize ads by adjusting targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and prepare performance reports.
Conduct A/B testing to identify best-performing ads and creatives.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and platform changes.
Identify new paid media opportunities and recommend strategies to scale campaigns.
Minimum qualification: [Minimum Qualification and Experience Range]
Proven experience in running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred, but not mandatory).
