Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in PPC (Google Ads) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to scale our user acquisition and lead generation efforts. You’ll play a key role in crafting compelling ad strategies, optimizing budgets, and helping learners discover our courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to drive leads and conversions.

Strategically target audiences based on learner personas and buying journeys across geographies.

Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing of creatives and landing pages.

Set up and maintain pixel tracking, conversion events, and performance analytics dashboards.

Optimize campaigns for key KPIs like CPL, ROAS, CTR, and student acquisition cost.

Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure campaign consistency and high-quality creative assets.

Analyze funnel performance to reduce drop-offs and improve lead-to-enrolment conversion rates.

Stay updated on Google and Meta algorithm changes, trends in the EdTech space, and competitor campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience running Google Search/Display/YouTube and Meta Ads for lead gen or D2C products.

Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization techniques.

Experience working with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager.

Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for campaign reporting and budgeting.

Experience in EdTech, online education, or course-selling platforms is a strong advantage.

Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.

Comfortable with a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Good to Have

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to track lead behavior.

Familiarity with remarketing funnels, lookalike audiences, and marketing automation workflows.

Working knowledge of ad creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).

Ability to manage ad spend efficiently across geographies (India, SEA, Middle East, US, etc.).
