Quality Assurance Executive

• Develop and implement egg packaging quality control procedures and standards.

• Supervise, train, and manage quality control inspection staff.

• Oversee and conduct inspections of packaging materials and finished packed eggs.

• Monitor egg packing processes to identify and prevent quality issues.

• Perform quality tests on packaging and eggs (e.g., weight, seal integrity, candling).

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company hygiene standards. Investigate quality deviations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.

• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

• Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.

• Assist in investigating and responding to customer quality complaints.

• May be involved in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.

• In addition should be open for any role & responsibilities as & when required
