Delivery Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up goods from the company warehouse and deliver them to designated general stores.

• Ensure proper loading, unloading, and handling of goods to avoid damage or loss.

• Plan daily routes for efficient delivery based on store locations.

• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes with store personnel.

• Obtain proper acknowledgment/signature from the store for delivered goods.

• Coordinate with the logistics or dispatch team for delivery schedules.

• Handle cash or digital payments (if applicable) and ensure safe handover to the accounts team.

• Maintain delivery logs and report any delays, shortages, or issues.

• Keep delivery vehicle/bike clean, well-maintained.

• Adhere to all safety, traffic, and operational guidelines during deliveries.

Required Skills:

• Prior experience in B2B or wholesale delivery is an advantage.

• Ability to lift medium-weight goods (up to 25 kg, if required).

• Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude.

• Basic record-keeping and communication skills.
