Key Responsibilities:
Pick up goods from the company warehouse and deliver them to designated general stores.
Ensure proper loading, unloading, and handling of goods to avoid damage or loss.
Plan daily routes for efficient delivery based on store locations.
Verify invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes with store personnel.
Obtain proper acknowledgment/signature from the store for delivered goods.
Coordinate with the logistics or dispatch team for delivery schedules.
Handle cash or digital payments (if applicable) and ensure safe handover to the accounts team.
Maintain delivery logs and report any delays, shortages, or issues.
Keep delivery vehicle/bike clean, well-maintained.
Adhere to all safety, traffic, and operational guidelines during deliveries.
Required Skills:
Prior experience in B2B or wholesale delivery is an advantage.
Ability to lift medium-weight goods (up to 25 kg, if required).
Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic record-keeping and communication skills.
