Delivery Boy

Delivery boys are employees who carry the stocks as per the system generated pick lists and supply the same to the market only on the basis of the bills they carry and collect the cash as per bills and bring back the same to the site and deposit it to the cashier.

Following are the R&R of delivery boys into the distributor’s organization:

1.      Case wise & piece wise thorough counting of stocks according to the quantity mentioned on the system generated picklist.

2.      Load the stocks into the van as per the van loading norms (Vanogram).

3.      Supply the stocks to the market as per the bills they carry.

4.      Collect the cash as per the amount mentioned on the bills.

5.      Collect the SRNs if any.

6.      Bring back the same into the site and deposit cash to the cashier and SRNs to the DLO.

Process of Damage Collection from the market:

1.      DSE fills the Form while making the calls in 3 copies (2+1).

2.      Gives 1 copy to the customer (MAS/OT/WS).

3.      After coming back to the site, gets the DGRN (Damage Goods Return Note) duly signed by respective STL.

4.      Gives the copy of DGRN duly signed by STL/DSE to Delivery Boy.

5.      Delivery boys go to the market and collect the damage as per the approved DGRN only and no deviation of sku or number of pieces should be made.

6.      Delivery Boys tallies the DGRN by sku and number of pieces.

7.      Bring back the stocks.

8.      DLO receives the damage stocks as per the approved DGRN only.(Point 4)

9.      Acknowledge the damage stocks and make entry into the Stock return excel sheet for swing entry.
