Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver orders to customers in a timely and safe manner

• Ensure all deliveries are completed as per the schedule

• Handle packages with care and follow company guidelines

• Collect payment if required (Cash on Delivery)

• Use mobile app for order tracking and status updates

• Maintain customer service and professionalism at all times

• Report any delivery-related issues to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Age: 18–45 years

• Minimum education: 10th pass or equivalent

• Valid Driving License (2-wheeler license mandatory)

• Must own a smartphone (Android preferred)

• Knowledge of local routes and areas

• Basic understanding of English/Hindi or local language

• Punctual and responsible attitude

Preferred:

• Previous experience in delivery (Zomato, Swiggy, Amazon, etc.)

• Two-wheeler with valid RC, insurance, and PUC
