Delivery and Transportation:
Safely deliver goods to customers within a specified geographic area.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries based on the daily schedule.
Handle and load items carefully to prevent any damage during transportation.
Customer Service:
Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner.
Assist customers with any questions they may have regarding their order or delivery.
Confirm receipt of goods by obtaining customer signatures when required.
Route Management:
Plan and follow the most efficient route to ensure on-time deliveries.
Use GPS or maps to navigate through unfamiliar areas.
Be flexible and adapt to changes in routes or deliveries as needed.
Inventory Management:
Keep track of deliveries and ensure proper documentation (e.g., delivery receipts, customer details).
Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items to the supervisor.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, maintained, and fuelled.
Report any vehicle issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all road safety rules and regulations.
Ensure products are securely packaged and protected during transit.
Report any accidents or incidents immediately.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to operate delivery vehicles (e.g., motorcycle, car, bicycle).
Basic knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic laws.
Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
Physical ability to lift and carry packages (if required).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Previous experience in a delivery or driver role.
