Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Boy to deliver products to customers promptly and professionally. You will represent our company in a courteous and respectful manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver parcels, food, groceries, or other items to customers at various locations.

• Follow assigned routes and time schedules efficiently.

• Verify the recipient’s identity and collect payments or digital signatures if required.

• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle or bike.

• Maintain communication with dispatchers and report any issues on the route.

• Keep records of deliveries and report any delays or incidents.

• Ensure packages are delivered in excellent condition.

• Follow all safety and traffic regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler as applicable).

• Own vehicle (preferred but not always mandatory).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of using GPS and mobile apps.

• Physically fit and able to lift packages when required.
