🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Assist customers via email, chat & phone
• Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
• Guide users with step-by-step solutions
• Maintain records in CRM and follow SOPs
✅ Must-Have:
• Fluent in English (spoken/written), Hindi & one regional language
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware & Windows OS
• Typing speed: 25+ WPM
💡 Good to Have:
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Lenovo products
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11, driver installation & basic sales support (upselling)
• Hardware certification is a plus
