We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our dynamic BPO team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound/outbound calls/ emails, or chat support for customer queries.
Resolve issues related to products/services efficiently and within the defined TAT.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Follow up on customer interactions when necessary.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update databases.
Meet performance benchmarks related to quality, productivity, and attendance.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and/or written depending on process).
Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed (for non-voice/chat processes).
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Minimum: Undergraduate/ Graduate
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Prior experience in customer support or call center environment will be preferable.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Good Spoken & Written English for Domestic Process & Advance/ Fluent Spoken & Written English for International Process.
Multilingual ability (e.g., English + Hindi or regional languages).
