Role Overview

We are hiring Virtual Assistants to support our clients in scaling and operating different parts of their businesses. You’ll act as a general problem solver—collaborating across teams, executing projects, and being a reliable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and manage emails and other business communications

Attend and facilitate video conferences

Interface with clients and customers

Schedule and coordinate meetings and events

Conduct online research and maintain data spreadsheets

Assist with reporting, analysis, and documentation

Contribute to creative tasks involving writing and media

Handle administrative and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Tech-savvy and proficient in productivity tools and apps

Willing to work full-time during U.S. business hours

No prior work experience is required—but all experience is valued

Must be committed, reliable, and career-oriented

Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualities

Proven track record of success at work or in academics

Resourceful, intellectually curious, and adaptable

Able to anticipate the needs of teammates

Strong sense of professionalism

High level of perseverance and motivation

Experience in fast-paced or high-performance environments is a plus
