🕒 Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Day Shift)

💰 Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (In-Hand) + Incentives + PF + Other Benefits

🎓 Qualification:

HSC Pass (12th Pass and above)

🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding service and policy renewals

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Follow up with existing clients to ensure timely renewals

• Record call details in CRM systems

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service

• Fluent in Hindi & Gujarati

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge
