Job Summary :
To build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and reach out to new potential customers. Your main goal will be to connect with healthcare professionals at hospitals, understand their needs, and set up valuable meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Call existing and potential hospital clients to build relationships and introduce Imperial Surgical.
● Understand the needs of hospitals and identify how our products can help them.
● Schedule meetings for our sales team with interested contacts.
● Keep our client contact information accurate and organized.
● Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and via email.
● Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful meetings.

● Great Communicator: Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to build rapport easily.
● Friendly & Enthusiastic: Talkative, high energy, and hospitable over the phone.

● Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Conversational in Marathi and Hindi
● Skill Proficiency: Basic knowledge of XL, Google Suite
● Prior Experience: 2-5 years experience in telemarketing or customer service
