VSM Solutions is looking for a motivated and responsible Team Leader to manage and guide a team handling customer interactions related to Banking Recovery Collections. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing organization with a strong work culture and promising career growth.
Supervise and guide a team of calling agents.
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Ensure timely and relevant solutions are provided to all customer concerns.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
Monitor team performance and help meet KPIs such as:
Call handling time
Customer satisfaction
Resolution rate
Minimum Qualification: 10+ (Higher Secondary)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support, recovery, collections, or a similar domain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities and team management experience preferred.
Open to working a 6-day schedule during Day Shift hours.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
