Documentation: Accurately document merchant interactions, including inquiries, actions taken, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.

Compliance: Ensure all interactions comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback and suggestions to help improve our products and services.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
