Job Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to explain and promote our used car loan services.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan options.

• follow up on inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, or CRM tools.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of loans.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling, preferably in loans, insurance, or financial services.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Kannada, Hindi and English.

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp, Excel).

• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.

Education:

• 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
