Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their financial challenges, and offering tailored debt relief solutions. Strong communication skills in South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) are essential to effectively connect with our client base in Southern India.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential leads through calls, emails, and other channels to promote Debt2NoDebt’s services.

• Understand the financial needs and challenges of prospective clients.

• Clearly explain our debt relief solutions and guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and close sales.

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the customer support and legal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or financial services (1+ year preferred).

• Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam (must speak at least one).

• Basic understanding of financial products, credit, or debt services is a plus.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
