Job Description:

We are looking for a female Telecalling Executive who will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, and promoting our services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to persuade and engage customers effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Explain services and answer client queries.

• Follow up on leads and maintain records of customer interactions.

• Generate interest and schedule appointments or demos as required.

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum qualification: [10th/12th pass/Graduate].

• Good communication skills in English & Regional Language as per requirement.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Prior experience in tele calling /customer service will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
