Job Overview:

Telecaller manage real-time delivery SLAs, and ensure efficient sourcing of delivery partners.

Job responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to customers or leads to promote products/services.

2. Receiving inbound calls and addressing customer queries or concerns.

3. Maintaining customer records by updating information in databases or CRM tools.

4. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction or close sales.

5. Achieving daily/weekly targets related to calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.

6. Handling objections or complaints professionally and escalating when needed.

7. Explaining product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.

8. Maintaining call quality standards and adhering to scripts when required.

9. Reporting to supervisors or team leads about call outcomes and lead status.

10. Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge or communication skills.
