Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential or existing customers, explain products/services, answer queries, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database or leads.

• Explain products or services clearly and persuasively.

• Maintain customer records and update call information in the system.

• Follow up with interested customers.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

• Maintain a professional attitude during calls.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in [languages, e.g., Hindi, English].

• Confident and clear telephone etiquette.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage is a plus).

• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

• Experience in telecalling/sales/customer service is a plus, but freshers can apply.
