This role involves new customer acquisition , expanding our existing client base, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with potential and existing clients through regular phone interactions.

• Clearly explain and promote our range of financial products, including insurance, mutual funds, and investment solutions, tailored to client needs.

• Identify client requirements and suggest appropriate products or services.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales service.

• Stay updated on market and product trends to remain competitive and informed.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up status.

• Provide regular insights and feedback to the sales and management teams.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma (any stream)

• Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates (0–2 years)

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Tamil and basic English (preferred)

• Location Preference: Candidates residing near Medavakkam or surrounding areas will be given priority

• Other Qualities:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence and persuasion to convert leads into clients

  • Basic knowledge of financial products is an added advantage

  • Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
