Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10TH PASS and 1 YEAR EXPERIANCE. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to 6 Working Days A week during the AFTERNOON shift.
