Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a Telesales executives to join our team in Indiahauls. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to product. The role offers 11k-13k inhand salary and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

   • Identify and reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, or social platforms.

   • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous prospecting.

2. Customer Engagement:

   • Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.

   • Build strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

3. Sales Conversion:

   • Present product benefits effectively to close sales.

   • Follow up with leads and handle objections professionally.

4. Target Achievement:

   • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

   • Monitor performance and take initiative to improve results.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

   • Maintain records of daily calls, meetings, and sales in CRM/tools.

   • Provide regular updates to managers on sales activities.

6. Market Awareness:

   • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.

   • Share insights to help improve sales strategy and offerings.

7. Team Collaboration:

   • Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and product teams.

   • Participate in sales meetings, training, and brainstorming sessions.
