Job Role: We are hiring for Voice Process Executives for a domestic process. The candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls to assist with queries, provide information, or resolve issues.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 in hand per month (Depending on experience and communication skills)

Eligibility: Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply

Languages: Fluency in Hindi and basic English is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally

Understand customer queries and resolve them efficiently

Maintain call logs and update CRM systems

Follow call quality and compliance standards
