We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers (Outbound) to join our team at our Mount Road office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database

• Pitch products/services and generate interest or leads

• Maintain customer database and call records

• Follow-up on previous interactions and keep leads warm

• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

• Handle customer queries and escalate when necessary

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline

• Languages:

  • English (Mandatory)

  • Hindi (Preferred)

  • Telugu (Preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM tools

• Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service is a plus

Additional Details:

• Work Location: On-site at Mount Road, Chennai

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Shift: Rotational (Day shifts only)

• Weekly Off: Rotational
