Job Title: Tele-caller – Bulk Manpower Recruitment
Location: Noida Sector 62 (Stellar)

Job Overview:

We’re hiring energetic and motivated Tele-callers to support our bulk manpower recruitment team. You will be making calls, handling queries, generating leads, and helping candidates get placed through government-certified skill programs like NAPS, NATS, D.Voc, and B.Voc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100–125 calls daily to job seekers and companies.

• Explain job openings and government skill programs clearly.

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

• Coordinate with field supervisors for candidate deployment.

• Ensure 60–75 candidates join per month.

• Maintain and update records in the database.

• Assist in college campus hiring when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

• Good communication and basic computer skills.

• Friendly attitude and ability to handle pressure.

• Experience in tele-calling/recruitment/customer service is a plus.

• Training and support will be provided.

Note :- Manpower Industry's Candidate are highly required.
