Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, answering incoming inquiries, and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada and have basic English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries

Explain products/services clearly and effectively in Kannada

Maintain customer data and follow up as required

Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets

Provide basic customer support and guidance

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: PUC (Pre-University Course)

Good communication skills in Kannada (mandatory)

Basic understanding of English
