Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to customers with overdue payments via phone calls.

• Provide information regarding payment deadlines, amounts due, and available payment options.

• Customer Interaction: Call customers, explain loan products, and address any questions to meet their needs.

Sales Closure: Assist with loan applications, ensure proper documentation, and close sales to meet targets

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification 12th and Fresher The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a Working 6 Days week during the Shift Type 9:00 am to 7: pm shift.
