Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or fixing appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain products/services clearly and confidently.

• Answer customer queries politely and professionally.

• Maintain records of calls and customer details.

• Follow up with interested leads.

• Achieve daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills English, Marathi and Hindi).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle rejections calmly.

• Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus.
