We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated telecaller to join our dynamic team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, scheduling test drives, and providing excellent customer service. You will be a key point of contact between the dealership and our prospective and existing customers.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.
Inform customers about new vehicles, promotions, finance schemes, and services.
Schedule test drives and appointments for showroom visits.
Follow up with interested customers to ensure a positive experience and convert inquiries into sales.
Handle customer queries, objections, and feedback professionally.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on campaigns and lead strategies.
Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Regional Language].
Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle pressure.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred, not mandatory).
Basic knowledge of automobiles or a willingness to learn.
Good data entry and CRM skills are an advantage.
