Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outgoing customer calls in a professional manner

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset

• Record customer interactions and follow up as needed

• Provide timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues

• Achieve key performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are welcome)

• Ability to resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information

• Willingness to escalate complex issues to relevant departments when needed

• Must be open to a 6-week training period during the day shift
