Key Responsibilities:
Handle outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset
Record customer interactions and follow up as needed
Provide timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues
Achieve key performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are welcome)
Ability to resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information
Willingness to escalate complex issues to relevant departments when needed
Must be open to a 6-week training period during the day shift
