Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining our products/services, and generating sales or leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Explain products or services clearly and persuasively over the phone.

• Follow up on leads and previous calls.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with current offers.

• Schedule appointments or demonstrations if needed.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a customer service role is a plus.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s) required].

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
