Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound/In-Call Handling:

   • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.

   • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries.

2. Sales/Lead Generation:

   • Promote and sell the company’s products or services.

   • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

3. Customer Service:

   • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

   • Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting.

4. Data Entry and CRM Updates:

   • Record customer interactions, update CRM systems, and manage databases.

   • Ensure accurate reporting of calls, leads, and outcomes.

5. Achieving Targets:

   • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.

   • Strive to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
