Job summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented communication executive to manage both internal and external communication for our organisation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining our brand voice, crafting compelling content, and building strong relationship with stakeholders, media, and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sitting at the reception, warmly welcome visitors, clients, and partners with professionalism in English, Marathi and Hindi
• Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic communication plans to align with company goals.
• Media Relations:
Manage relationships with media outlets, coordinate media interactions, and handle crisis communication.
• Internal Communication:
Facilitate clear and consistent communication within the organization, ensuring alignment across departments and levels.
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
