• Call potential clients to generate leads and fix appointments.

• Follow up with existing leads and maintain a good relationship with clients.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.

• Maintain call logs and update CRM/database regularly.

• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (additional local languages a plus).

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

• Prior experience in real estate or telecalling is a bonus.
