We are looking for a Telecaller (CRM Executive) who will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain gold loan services to customers, verify customer details, and book appointments for our field executives to visit and collect gold for cash disbursement.
Call customers from leads database (inbound and outbound).
Explain gold loan process and company doorstep service.
Collect and verify customer details (name, ID, address, gold info).
Schedule appointments for Field Executives to visit customer location.
Coordinate between customer and field team for smooth operation.
Follow up on pending leads and convert them to appointments.
Maintain call logs, lead status, and update CRM tools.
Handle basic customer queries related to gold valuation and disbursement.
Required Skills & Experience:
1 to 3 years of telecalling experience in gold loan / NBFC / finance industry.
Strong communication and regional language skills (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, etc.).
Basic understanding of gold loan or pawn broking process.
Confident in customer handling over phone.
Comfortable using mobile CRMs / Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience from Best Money Gold, Attica Gold, Manappuram, etc. preferred.
