Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answer queries, and generate sales or leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers or leads.

• Inform customers about products, services, or promotions.

• Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries or complaints.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM.

• Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Stay informed about product knowledge and market trends.

• Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proven experience as telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi].

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
