Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote the company’s products or services.
Data Management: Accurately record details of calls, including customer feedback and follow-up requirements, in Google Sheets and Excel.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecaller
· Good verbal and written communicator.
· Good phone and presentation skills.
