Job Title: Junior Telecaller
Experience: Fresher – 6 months
Location: Khar West, Mumbai
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass

Key Skills:

• Good spoken and written English communication skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach

• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions

• Organized and detail-oriented

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for lead generation and sales

• Assist the senior sales person by scheduling calls, sharing lead details, and providing call updates

• Explain products/services clearly to customers and address their initial questions

• Follow up with interested leads and keep accurate records of all calls and interactions

• Maintain call logs, update CRM or spreadsheets, and support sales reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams when required for resolving customer queries

Working With:

• Will work directly under the guidance of a Senior Sales Person and support the sales team in daily telecalling and administrative tasks.
