Position Title: Telemarketing Executive (Tele Caller / Telesales)

Job Summary
The Telemarketing Executive will proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote and sell travel and holiday packages. This role demands strong communication, persuasive skills, and customer-focus to convert leads into bookings and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls using lead lists to introduce Country Holidays travel packages and services.
Engage with prospective and repeat customers to understand travel needs and offer tailored solutions.
Follow up with leads — send invitations, schedule appointments, and close deals over phone.
Handle customer queries promptly—explain packages, prices, payment options, and resolve objections.

Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes in CRM database.
LinkedIn Business Solutions
Meet weekly/monthly targets for call volumes, lead conversions, and confirmed bookings.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine pitches and strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Freshers welcome; 0–2 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience preferred.
Language: Fluency in Hindi and English (verbal communication essential). Regional language proficiency is a plus.
Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills.
Persuasive, resilient, and able to handle objections gracefully.
Strong time‑management and goal‑oriented approach.
Adaptable to dynamic customer needs and campaign changes.
Willingness to take initiative and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Pay Range: ₹13,000 – ₹22,000/month (negotiable based on experience and performance).
