We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English, and possess strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively handle customer queries and promote products.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain products/services offered by the company clearly and effectively

• Maintain records of calls and customer responses

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team as needed

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 10th / Intermediate / Degree (Any stream)

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role preferred

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English (Mandatory)

• Good interpersonal and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and follow-up tracking

• Must be proactive, disciplined, and target-oriented
