Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and confident Hindi-speaking Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, explaining services/products to customers, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Answer incoming calls professionally and handle customer inquiries

• Clearly explain product/service details in Hindi

• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM

• Follow up on leads and maintain call logs

• Meet daily and monthly targets

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi

• Ability to handle rejection and remain professional

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus

• 10th / 12th pass or graduate can apply
