Responsibilities:
Assist customers in making rental reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
Provide accurate information about rental options, including vehicle availability, pricing, and rental policies.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues related to reservations.
Process rental bookings accurately and efficiently using the company’s reservation system.
Coordinate with other departments, such as the supply team, to ensure the availability of vehicles for reservation.
Maintain records of reservation transactions and customer interactions in the company database.
Follow up with customers to confirm reservations and provide relevant details before rental pickup.
Assist with resolving any disputes or discrepancies related to rental reservations.
Collaborate with the follow-up team to continuously improve the reservation process and enhance customer satisfaction
