Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 0-6 months of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Bengali, Hindi and English. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
