Make outbound calls to potential delivery partner candidates from databases or leads provided.
Explain the job role, responsibilities, and benefits of becoming a delivery partner (e.g., with Swiggy, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.).
Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria (age, documents, vehicle availability, etc.).
Resolve candidate queries related to onboarding, payout structure, incentives, or work timings.
Schedule interviews, walk-ins, or assist with online onboarding as required.
Maintain records of daily calls, interested candidates, and conversion status in the CRM or Excel.
Follow up regularly with interested candidates to ensure they complete the joining process.
Coordinate with the recruitment or field team to streamline the hiring process.
Meet daily/weekly calling and hiring targets.
Report daily progress to the team leader or hiring manager.
